Settings / Document Layoyut
Here you can design your personal document layout.
Here you have the possibility to upload your company logo. If you do not want to put your company logo just leave it and the program will automatically fill the gap with your company name.
In Settings-Document Layout-Footer-Text blocks you can choose between a few standard information. You can customize them but make sure that your invoice contains all legal information required.
The text blocks can be changed with the fx-button or manual.
If you want to create a special design, for example for your invoices, click on “Invoices”, delete the check mark for “Use Base Layout” and create your own invoice layout.
